Make sure that both the vSwitch and the port -group are set to IP Hash and double check your switch configuration. And if it still does not work then redo the configuration on the switch and make sure that both switch ports have the identical config before making them into a single logical interface. I don’t have physical or KVM access to the box, so need to ensure that I still have network connectivity when it comes back from a reboot. It is far easier to use load balancing based on virtual port ID and not use LAG on the physical switch side. William Lam has done quite a bit of work in this area.
