Im assuming that you are useing the rear jack and not one that came with your case. Sound seem to work fine I can’t seem to find anything on the Asus site to deal with this.

While wearing headphones i found out that at first the sound ounly gets barely hearable before it blacks out completely. By default they should be set to rear the jack. Its a sweet board, so stable.
